Shipping:
• All products include curbside shipping with lift-gate included
within the continental U.S (the lower 48 states) included in the purchase
price.
• Deliveries to locations in Hawaii and Alaska can be obtained for
an additional delivery charge. Please contact us for a freight quote prior
to placing your order.
• We do not currently accept international orders.
• Once the Truck Reaches Your Delivery Address?
The item will be delivered from the rear of the truck at your address.
You will be required to accept and remove the merchandise from the rear
of the truck. The freight company will NOT take it inside.
• Because oversized items are heavy and often difficult to handle,
we strongly recommend that you have help available to remove the product
from the truck and move it to its final location.
• The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading your
table, and leaves the table at the curbside.
• Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery,
or pallet jacks are not included in the price of the table.
• The cost of these additional services vary from city to city.
They usually cost between $75.00 and $150.00 extra.
• You may purchase these additional services directly from the trucking
company when they call you for an appointment.
• Since freight shipments are quite different than UPS, FedEx or
USPS shipments, we want to make sure that our customers understand the
shipping procedures to avoid surprises at the time of delivery.
• The trucking company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment.
• It will be a estimated time window of about 2-5 hours.
• All deliveries occur Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
• It is important to keep your scheduled appointment. If you miss
the scheduled appointment, the driver will need to reschedule the delivery
from the local terminal and they will charge you a redelivery charge.
• Please allow 2 - 4 business days for your playset to leave the
warehouse.
• Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding holidays)
• Items will normally arrive 10 - 15 business days after shipment.

• If your playset or go kart shows visible damage (please keep in
mind that it is normal for the packaging to show some wear) upon receipt
from the truck or boxes/pieces are missing (please read the delivery ticket
before signing), note on the freight bill and call us at 1-800-230-9330.
We will immediately arrange a new piece of equipment to be shipped to
you.
Payment:
• All orders must be pre-paid prior to shipment from our facility.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS and PAYPAL.
We gladly accept checks through the mail, just call --- to make arrangements
Returns:
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE RETURNED.
Rejected Deliveries and Shipments:
• Shipments that may appear to be damaged should not be refused;
the damage should be noted on the freight bill. The contents should be
opened and examined and reported to our customer service line within 7
days. Any damaged item parts will be sent free of charge.
Cancelled Orders:
• All orders that are cancelled prior to shipment will be subject
to a 5% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject
to the policies listed above.
Privacy Policy:
• We use the information you provide us for the purpose of filling
your order. We will never share or sell any of your information to another
company or organization.
